Which Day Would You Live Over Again?

We're coming up on Groundhog Day, which brings to mind not only hopes for an early spring but also one of my favorite movies about a day that never ends. Until, of course, the main character Phil gets it right. (If you're one of the few people who haven't seen it, you really must.) Every time I watch that movie I wonder which day I'd like to live over again and again---a favorite day from the past, like a wedding day or birthday? Or, maybe a regrettable day and a chance right some wrongs? It's hard to say. In the end, however, if I had a day that kept popping back up like a determined cowlick, I'd choose an ordinary day filled with all the regular joys and disappointments. More than the highs and lows of my best and worst days, it's those ordinary days that make up the real me. Those are the days worth repeating for me. What about you?
