Mrs. Fields Secrets Garlic Wings

No matter the outcome of Sunday's big game, here's a way to score big. These chicken wings are incredible, and unlike hot wings, these are popular with absolutely everybody. Just enough spice from garlic and pepper, with tang from lemons and earthy-wonder from rosemary. Are you drooling yet? One more thing_while these babies are roasting in the oven to crispy perfection, you'll be caramelizing onions on the stovetop to serve with them. Okay, proceed with the drooling. Garlic Wings 3 lbs. chicken wings 3 lemons, juiced and zested 1 tablespoon olive oil 10 garlic cloves, minced 3 teaspoons salt 3 teaspoons ground black pepper 2 sprigs fresh rosemary, chopped (or 2 tablespoons dried rosemary) 1 large red onion, sliced Directions Pat chicken dry with a paper towel and place in an airtight container. Combine all remaining ingredients (except for the onion) and pour over chicken, tossing to completely cover each piece of chicken. Cover chicken and allow to marinate for at least 45 minutes (or up to 3 hours). Preheat oven to 450 degrees and place chicken on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 15 minutes, then turn chicken over and bake an additional 15 minutes, or until crisp and brown. While the wings are roasting, place sliced onion in a fry pan with a couple of pats of butter over medium-low heat. Stir occasionally and cook until brown and caramelized. Serve together to adoring crowds. Looking for other fan favorites?
